• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email) is required.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use

• Customized or personalized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@shoobieshoes.store with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shoobieshoes.store with clear photos. We will make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

7. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
